Superadmin tools

The Admin section is visible only to superadmins. It is the control room for the whole BroadcastGraphics instance.

Areas

• Organizations — create, rename, trial-extend or deactivate organizations.
• Users — the global user list. Promote an admin, reset a password out-of-band.
• Plugins — enable or disable plugins globally. Org-level config still happens under each org.
• System settings — prices, trial days, currency and other key-value settings.
• Support / Wiki — author the help articles (like this one).

Safety

Superadmin actions affect every organization. Treat them like a shell prompt:

• Do not rename organizations during business hours without coordination.
• Do not deactivate an org that has a show running — the control panel will lose access mid-show.
• Changes to plugin availability affect every org immediately.

Granting superadmin

A user becomes a superadmin by another superadmin toggling the flag on their user record. Keep the number small.
