Signing in

Password login

  • Open the sign-in page.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Submit.

First-time activation

  • A superadmin or admin invited you by email.
  • Click the activation link in the email. It expires after 72 hours.
  • Pick a password.
  • You are signed in and taken to the dashboard.

If the link expired, ask the person who invited you to send a new invitation — the system does not self-service this.

Password reset

  • On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
  • Enter your email. A reset link is emailed.
  • The link expires after 1 hour. Use it to set a new password.

Session length

Sessions last 24 hours by default. Inactivity for that long means you have to sign in again. Signing out also ends the session immediately.
