Billing and trial

Billing happens at the organization level — a single subscription covers every user and project in the org.

Trial

• New organizations start in a trial that lasts a configured number of days (default 14).
• During the trial, all features are enabled. No payment information is required.
• When the trial ends, the organization is automatically marked inactive unless a subscription is in place. Inactive orgs' projects become read-only.

Subscription

The price and plan details are set up by your BroadcastGraphics contact. There is no self-service signup flow.

Viewing status

Org admins can open Settings → Billing on the organization page to see:

• Trial start and end dates.
• Active/inactive flag.
• (Future) invoices and payment method.

Going inactive

If your organization goes inactive unexpectedly, contact support. No data is deleted — everything comes back when the org is reactivated.
