Travsport plugin

The Travsport plugin connects to Svensk Travsport's data service and provides startlists, live results and metadata for Swedish trotting races.

What it provides

• Startlists for upcoming races — horses, drivers, post positions, odds.
• Results as races finish — finishing order, times, winnings.
• Horse metadata — name, pedigree, earnings, record time.
• Driver metadata — name, stats.

Setup

Admin level:

• Configure the Travsport API credentials on the plugin page.

Editor level:

• Create a data source of type Travsport.
• Pick a raceday or a specific race.
• Save.

Refresh

• Schedule varies by race state: more frequent close to post time, slower at other times.
• Results arrive within a minute or two of the official clocking.

Typical use

• A startlist template bound to horse + driver + post position.
• A results template bound to the finishing order.
• Filters on the dataset to narrow to a specific race or category (for example "3-year-olds").
